The Skill

The Briq Implementation team is looking for a Program Manager to deliver value at speed for our clients. In this role, you are responsible for shepherding Briq clients through implementation; ensuring client success and engagement. You will indulge your passion for developing program plans to deliver business metrics and insights from complex datasets while working closely with construction company executives, Solution Architects, and Product Managers.

As a successful Program Manager, you are able to turn ambiguous business questions into clearly defined Briq platform implementation plans. You are keenly focused on achieving goals while minimizing time to value. Your project plans are tuned to meet Daily Active User goals through comprehensive training plans and you are always focused on customer satisfaction.

On a normal day at Briq, a Program Manager can be found:

  • Gathering, interpreting and documenting detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Leading weekly customer calls to track implementation progress and ensure ongoing value to customers
  • Supporting the customer journey to adoption of Briq platform and insights in ongoing business processes
  • Developing records management processes and policies
  • Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  • Conducting client and public data research
  • Sharing reports for internal and external audiences using the Briq platform
  • Working with ETL, Automation, and Product teams to establish and follow processes
  • Liaising with internal and external clients to fully understand data content and ensure answers are meeting client expectations
