The Skill

The Briq Customer Data Science team is looking for a Customer Success Manager to accelerate growth and client satisfaction. In this role, you are responsible for delivering dependable and valuable insights to Briq clients; ensuring optimal client success, engagement and retention. You will indulge your passion for developing business metrics and insights from complex datasets while working closely with construction company executives, project managers, ETL engineers, software development engineers, and product managers to deliver deep insights for our clients.

As a Customer Success Manager, you are able to turn ambiguous business questions into clearly defined problem sets, research and develop quantifiable metrics, implement Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes, and deliver high quality results on time, consistently. You enjoy designing insightful reports and compelling data visualizations with high attention to quality and want to automate everything you have built.

On a normal day at Briq, a Customer Success Manager can be found:

  • Gathering, interpreting and documenting detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Manipulating and analyzing complex data sets relating to the client’s business
  • Leading weekly customer calls to track implementation progress and ensure ongoing value to customers
  • Supporting the customer journey to adoption of Briq platform and insights in ongoing business processes
  • Developing records management processes and policies
  • Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  • Conducting client and public data research
  • Sharing reports for internal and external audiences using the Briq platform
  • Working with ETL, Automation, and Product teams to establish and follow processes
  • Monitoring and auditing data quality
  • Liaising with internal and external clients to fully understand data content and ensure answers are meeting client expectations
